A paralyzed Belgian athlete takes control of her slow, painful decline by planning for assisted suicide, and paradoxically becomes a world champion in sports. As her body gives way and her time left becomes unpredictable, she fights to seize the most from every remaining moment.

Human Arts Association

The Human Arts Association is a nonprofit organization, incorporated in the State of New York in 1976 for the purpose of producing and sponsoring independent productions by artists, writers, composers, performers, and media makers. Our support stimulates talent and nurtures educational and artistic works, which speak to relevant community issues — local, national and international.

About HAA

The Human Arts Association has been granted tax exemption under the IRS Code Section 501(c)(3) as a Public Charity.

HAA receives contributions from a wide variety of sources including individuals, private and public foundations, local, state and federal agencies and corporate foundations.

Tax-deductible contributions to HAA general funds are used toward the costs of promoting HAA sponsored projects, and for organizational expenses associated with project fiscal management.
